The workshop was conducted by Dr. Dhruti Anklesaria at  NACIN Vadodara National Academy of Customs and Indirect Taxes on 10^th April 2023. The workshop was of 2 hours the topic was “Understand Your Mental Health”. The induction session was conducted for the Officers to help them understand the concept of Mental Health and its importance. Mental health is always taken for granted . Physical health is always given importance and care. Certain tools and techniques were explained to maintain a equal level for the overall well being.

PARTICIPANTS:

The induction was conducted for Officers who had just joined the training session of NACIN . Also the Commissioner of Indirect taxes attended the session. The induction was very beneficial as the officers understood how to keep a balance and maintain a good mental health .
