The term stress and Anxiety are often used as the synonyms of each other however its only an enticing workshop that can help you understand the difference between the two. The workshop on ‘ How to Overcome Stress and Anxiety’ undertaken by Dr Dhruti Anklesaria demonstrated a sheer new understanding of the difference between Stress and Anxiety.

The workshop was attended by young high school lads to the Retired Senior citizens as well and the workshops catered both the extreme ends well. It was very interesting to be knowing how stress is created and how it will effect an individuals decision making, along with the same the difference between stress and anxiety was undertaken which paved way for the techniques which were unheard of before like the ACID techniques, the ‘M’ technique, Clapping Technique, swirling Technique, Cold therapy and Many other which would help individuals reduce their Cortisol levels and eventually their stress and Anxiety

These small techniques turned out to be very handy with the individuals and the participants practised all the techniques in the workshop too. Understanding the bits of the difference between Stress and Anxiety and making the individuals aware about their thresh-hold levels in the simplest manner was a never seen before manner of explaining such serious topics.
